Developed in collaboration with activities co-ordinators and cooks to help them with ideas, scheduling & to be a part of a caring community. Come see for yourself.
Why choose MAAP
We were commissioned to see how innovations could help Residents have more meaningful daily routines. We saw amazing staff working tirelessly to make a difference. MAAP software was built to help share ideas, schedule tasks & to allow teams to talk to each other.
Every feature came out of a real shift, not a product workshop.
Together = better ideas. We want to create more meaningful activity programmes so that ultimately all residents get to participate.
A good day does not happen by chance. Planning great activity and food options will help.

The Problem
What care teams asked for, what we built, and their feedback.
We have limited time and want easy software that can help with planning, new ideas with resources making it easy. A calendar would also be good and anything that reduces repetitive admin. Also we don’t want to be desk bound as this takes us away from residents.
Our software works on a tablet that can be taken anywhere, is really easy to use and shares ideas and resources. We are working on better resources and believe the software will buy back time that can then be used to be with residents.
Very positive and encouraging.
We are under pressure to show creative activities and positive outcomes. It would be good to be able to see what the plan is at a glance rather than looking over folders, whiteboards, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and what’s in people’s heads.
A dashboard & calendar showing the plan. A tracker showing engagement and if the participants liked the activity. A portal to show activities in words and pictures for residents is in development.
Positive.
We want to see what is happening at each home, the programme should be affordable and pay for itself in time savings and marketing of the homes. The app should track costs and especially for external entertainers. We want the app to improve the range of activities and to make sure these are consistent across all of our homes. Would also be good to show what we are doing to interested parties eg families, inspectors etc.
We have built an easy app that is affordable and pays for itself in time savings. The dashboard shows activities at a glance across one or a group of homes. We are working on costings and sharing portals.
Looks good value so far and the free trial is appreciated.
